  They are one of the few tire shops that stock my tire size!

  Employees are always nice but I don't love the work. A few months back I had taken my Fusion in to have an oil change, alignment and tire balance. I waited for probably an hour and half (which I understand because this stuff takes time)but I work long hours so I was happy to be done.. I get home and look at the receipt and find out they didn't use synthetic oil (which is recommended in the owners manual) in my car. I knew it wouldn't do damage so I figured I would have it serviced before the recommended milage. Next morning I get on the interstate and I have a shimmy! So, I'm too busy to be waiting that long again with long work hours and kids and sports. I leave it until the next time I have it serviced.
  2-3 weeks ago I bring another car in to have new tires mounted and balanced. Yesterday I was walking around my car and realised they put one of my tires on backwards. Really? I can't be the only one this happens to. So, now I will have to bring my vehicle there again.. People are nice but I think I would rather have someone be rude to me but know the jobs done right the first time.
