  Extremely warm, friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Eager to assist us in any way. Breakfast buffet provided a varied range and was fresh, tasty and well organised. A very best, clean healthy place to stay. A+++

  Nearly everything about this hotel was great.
  The front desk staff was professional, friendly and welcoming.
  Our room was clean, thoughtfully laid out and had many conveniences such as a USB port near the bed, a decent hair dryer (not the stuck-to-the-wall kind), an integrated night light for the bathroom (non-obnoxious to sleepy eyes), a Keurig machine with a selection of both coffee (2 reg and 1 decaf) and tea, an amply sized mini-fridge (which sounds like a contradiction but isn't), a double doored cabinet above the coffee area, a regular closet and a nice little balcony overlooking the river. Sadly, at -9°F, we were not bold enough to take advantage of the balcony but I appreciated its existence and could see myself using it during milder weather. Also included was the standard Holiday Inn breakfast. (Very clean and well looked after)
  My one and only difficulty with the hotel was the noise level of foot traffic. A little too much money was saved in construction and believe me, you'll know every time your upstairs neighbor goes to use the facilities.
  Over all, a great place to stay.
